1) What we consider NIL on this site
- Name & identifiers: Player name, grad year, high school, state, position, and basic recruiting identifiers.
- Images & media: Profile photos, action photos, highlight videos, public media links (YouTube, Hudl, etc.).
- Performance data: Metrics submitted by athletes, parents/guardians, or approved directors.
2) Sources of NIL content
NIL content may come from athletes, parents, approved directors, or publicly submitted links. By submitting content, you confirm you have rights to share it and grant us a revocable, non-exclusive license to display it within our platform.
3) Ownership & removal
- You own your NIL. We claim no ownership of your submitted content.
- Display license: You grant permission for us to display your NIL on the platform and promotional pages.

4) Accuracy & verification
Metrics from events or coaches may be marked as “Verified.” Verification is not guaranteed. You may request corrections via support.
5) Use of NIL in rankings & leaderboards
NIL elements may appear in rankings, search results, player cards, and event pages. We do not sell NIL rights; NIL is displayed strictly for recruiting and platform utility.
6) Third‑party embeds
Linked media (YouTube, Hudl, Instagram, etc.) follow their own platform terms.
7) Minors & consent
If the athlete is a minor, a parent/guardian or authorized organization must consent to NIL usage on this platform.
8) Trademarks & uniforms
Photos may include team uniforms or marks. You confirm you have permission or that usage is legally permissible.
